Q: After updating to the latest version my previously unlocked operations are not available.
A: The application configuration including completed purchased can be lost during update (on IOS 5.1) or deleting/reinstalling the application.
Please go to the Parent Zone, Extra section. Expand "Restore Purchase" and press Restore button. You will be prompted for your iTunes credentials, no worries you will not be charged. Then all previous purcases will be restored back. We are sorry for inconvenience.
Q: Can we get more than 3 accounts?
A: Starting from version 1.4 additional account pack can be purchased with 7 and 15 students account. Packs can be purchased in any order. Purchasing all three packs will bring total allowed accounts count to 25.
If you are curious why have different packs instead of allowing multiple purchase of the same 3 account pack, here is the answer: that way packs can be made restorable, multiple purcases of the same item cannot be restored or used on different iPad/iPhone.
Q: Any plans on Mathkid for android?
There is no immediate plan to support Android.
